ServSafe Food Safety Training
As of January 1, 2005, every restaurant in the state of Indiana must have at least one certified food handler on staff. Through our relationship with the Indiana Restaurant Association (IRA), IHLA members have access to discounted ServSafe Food Handler Certification courses which meet the state's certification requirements.
